MY EXPERIENCE WITH GOLD-RX.COM

Hi guys, I’m Josh from Boston. Several days ago joined a medical forum and noticed that many people are searching for a good store to buy medicines from. There are lots of people asking for a recommendation or advice on a good store. Well I don’t feel quiet confident to give such advices. Just telling you my experience with the store I use for a while and you will decide whether to use it too or not.

I am buying medications on a monthly basis for several years from Gold-RX.com. This is a web pharmacy based in India. Gold-RX.com is in business for more that 3 years. My experience with them till this day was a good one, except some insignificant issues they‘ve managed perfectly on my favor. I’ve started ordering from them on a promo they’ve had on Easter. I thought if they offer free worldwide shipping and no prescription is needed why shouldn’t I give them a try. Their web site said no “hidden fees” or some kind of, plus the additional Easter promo discount of 20 % OFF was pretty inviting. So I’ve placed my first order for a small quantity of drugs just to give it a try. Ordering from an unknown web site based somewhere in India was a risky step. Actually I‘ve been afraid that they might be one those scammer sites which are hunting for our credit card details. There are so many of it on WWW. I bet you heard of such ones.

The first thing that made me feel confident that I‘ve made a right decision was their outstanding customer service. I wrote them an e-mail on the same day being all on pins and needles asking about my order. Next day received a detailed reply on my medications. Their courteous response and the willingness to help regained my comfort. I was told that my order should be delivered lately by May 2, 2011. I’ve been waiting for almost 4 weeks in my hearts being a bit anxious why my Norvasc did not arrived yet. It was the end of the week so I’ve said myself it’s time to ask them. They’ve apologized and said that my medications were lost in transit asking if I’d like a free reshipment. Now that was a customer service I thought!!! Of course I agreed.

Finally received my first order with them. After that first order there were several more orders. Got even once to happen the following my package was held at US Customs for more than two weeks. I’ve wrote them and they arranged a free reshipment. In the end I’ve got my reshipped parcel and that one held at Customs for clearance. LOL Pretty good isn’t it.

Without a doubt my shopping experience with Gold-RX.com is far of being perfect. I have to admit that these guys kept an impeccable customer service during all of these years, managing to find best solution on my and their part of course. My article is not a prize on Gold-RX.com. They proved me that they really care about me, their image and reputation.

There is still one thing that makes this store standing from the crowd is their professional customer support team and competitive prices. Congrats for them!
